Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Printed Garage, we take pride in creating high-quality 3D-printed products and personalized LED lightboxes. Because many of our products are made to order, return and cancellation eligibility depends on the type of product purchased and its stage of production.

Custom LED Lightboxes

Design Process & Approval

Every custom LED lightbox includes a digital design preview and up to two free rounds of revisions. Customers must approve their final design before production begins.

Cancellations Before Design Work Begins

Orders canceled before custom design work has started are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations After Design Work Begins

Once custom design work has started, customers may request cancellation before production begins. A $10 design fee will be deducted from the refund to cover time spent creating the personalized design.

This fee applies only if disclosed to the customer before purchase.

Cancellations After Production Begins

Once the customer has approved the design and production has begun, custom lightbox orders cannot be canceled or returned due to a change of mind.

Other 3D-Printed Products

For non-personalized products, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return.

Eligible items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise.

Personalized, customized, or specially made products generally cannot be returned due to a change of mind once production has begun.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered or approved, contact us at printedgarage3d@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

We'll review the situation and offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be available for eligible non-custom products. Please contact us before returning any item.

Custom LED lightboxes are not eligible for exchanges due to a change of mind once production has begun.

Refunds

Once a return or cancellation is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

For approved returns, refunds will generally be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Any applicable design fee or other permitted deduction will be communicated in accordance with the terms disclosed before purchase.

How to Request a Return or Cancellation

To request a cancellation, return, or exchange, please email printedgarage3d@gmail.com with your order number and a brief explanation.

Please do not send products back without contacting us first.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights customers may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including rights relating to damaged, defective, incorrectly described, or undelivered products.
